Five stars. Reliable . . . Every time, anytime . . . just attend to the second of Tips & Tricks above.

Five stars. Safe . . . Safe as can be.  If you handle it incorrectly, it’ll hurt you, and what’s new about that?  Among distinctive attributes, its continuous, 4-sided standup design is safest of show: slip-sliding wibble-wobble can be virtually eliminated by firm grip, especially in compression. 

Five stars. Convenient . . . takes up very little room; can be packed tight with stuff inside it in storage; rust free; and easily cleaned

Not applicable. Inherent, intrinsic benefits to quality of life.  Most of whatever could be grated could alternatively be scraped, squeezed, chopped, pressed, or simply cut up.
