Pitchfork’s survival projects 

These survival projects are individually in no particular order. 

The grouping of these survival projects is in order - all about Pitchfork's and The Missus' sense of mostly more important matters to take their attention in preparation for worse times, times of trouble.  These projects are selected from among those on which they're working.  Taken together, the survival projects here under involve sustainment - sustenance and security.  It's the opinions of Pitchfork and The Missus that things they thought about and have done might speak to the largest number of visitors to this site.

The selection qualifications include -

• The not-so-obvious or not-so-easily-understood or -undertaken well

• Subjects about which published information conflicts significantly, so their experiences may serve to help others sort out the good, bad, and ugly

• Subjects or parts of subjects about which there's not much with which to work, so Pitchfork and The Missus had to be there, do that to reckon whassup

• Matters that could benefit from a fuller disclosure in presentation than apparently done by others; in other words, stuff that surprised Pitchfork and The Missus when they got to it

• Elements in the minds of Pitchfork and The Missus that seem to them interesting, maybe relevant, maybe vital in the survival work of others, which elements were theirs alone to think through
